Commission-Based US Business Development Manager (Software Services)
Salary: 1,000 – 5,000 USD
Description:
We are a growing software development company providing web development, ERP systems, SaaS solutions, and custom software to businesses.
We are looking for a US-focused sales professional / partner who can bring qualified software projects from the US market.
This is a commission-only role with high earning potential.
Responsibilities
Find and approach US businesses that need software services
Generate and qualify leads
Conduct discovery calls (Zoom / Google Meet)
Close deals independently or with our technical team
Hand over confirmed projects to our delivery team
Commission Structure
10% – 20% per closed project (depending on project size)
Commission paid after client’s first payment is received
No earning limit
Requirements
Experience selling software / IT services
Strong English communication skills
Understanding of US business culture
Ability to work independently
Existing network or outreach experience is a big plus
